IMG Ascender Dorm

New construction of a 106,000 sq ft five-story dormitory. 210 dorm rooms for students and resident advisors, 8 meeting rooms, 14 offices, 4 bullpens, and 2 conference rooms.

Atlanta Braves Academy

Construction of new 45,000 square foot academic building. Including recreational space, dorm rooms, meeting rooms, and dining hall.

IMG Academy Academic Addition

Construction of new three-story addition on north side of existing
academic center. Addition included approximately 7-8 new classroom per level, offices rooms,
work rooms, and meeting rooms

IMG Campus Center Expansion

Renovation of 40,337 sq ft existing Campus Center Building. Expansion and addition of 45,824 sq ft kitchen space, office space, and medical area. Four new restaurants including a Big Chicken, Walburger’s, Crust, and Primos. Along with converted outdoor space to new interior space.

IMG Academy Dorm Building

New construction of three student dorm buildings. Two five-story dorms as well
as a three-story dorm. Dorms include resident rooms, advisor suites, group study rooms, and
student common areas.

NCF Heiser Laboratory

Construction of new addition of 22,000 square foot that is connected to the existing two story laboratory building. While renovation the HVAC system.

SCF Science Building

Renovation of existing 20,400 square foot science building while constructing new 11,100 square foot two-story science building. Includes remodel of classrooms, laboratories, and offices.
